Professional Sponsored Chamber Music Ensemble members will be matched with Adult Amateur Chamber Music Ensembles enrolled in Interlude Summer Music Festival for two 2-hour coaching sessions, between March and May 2026

Adult Amateur Chamber Music Ensembles enrolled in the Interlude Summer Music festival will participate in two days of five hours of coaching with Professional Sponsored Chamber Music Ensemble members, rehearsals, and workshops, with a culminating concert on Saturday, July 11th, 2026.
Frequently Asked Questions
If I don't have an existing ensemble, how will I be matched with an ensemble?
This is an excellent question! Some people want an "all-in, take on any challenge, rehearse often" situation, while others may want "laid back and enjoy it no matter what", or "rehearse occasionally, because of travel or business." We take the time to meet with you, so we can understand who you are and what your musical goals are. We aim to match with like-minded persons. Because of this, we hope to connect you before rehearsals start, so you can meet each other and decide if you think it will work.
I don't know my work schedule enough to commit. How can I participate?
Everyone comes from a different situation, and we understand! This season, we will have two rehearsals that will allow you and your ensemble to choose the day, time and location of the rehearsals, between March and June. There will be three days in July to set aside, July 9th -11th. There will be two days of organized coaching and training, and a culminating concert on July 11th.
I have an ensemble that wants to join. Is the tuition per person or per ensemble?
The $400 tuition is per participant. We are aiming to keep the tuition for our program as accessible as possible. Tuition covers coaches, venue and music.
What is the refund policy for the program?
We are willing to refund your payment within seven days from your initial payment. If we were to cancel the program event for reasons out of our control, you would be refunded in full.
I want to join an ensemble, but cannot commit to the July 9th-11th dates. How can I participate?
If we have enough interest (which we believe we may), we will be running a full-season program beginning in the Fall. Please reach out and let us know you are interested. community.outreach@comusicpro.org
